Terms of Service

These Terms of Service control your use of any bot made by baileyDevelopment (all referred to as "Bot" or "Bots" in this document), of which are all fully owned by b.ailey.. Make sure that this ToS is read carefully, as it outlines the rules and regulations that apply to the use of any Bot on any server. When the Bots are added to a server, the owner of that server automatically agrees to these Terms, and you ackowledge that baileyDevelopment can remove any Bot from any server at at any time deemed appropriate.

As stated in this document, "baileyDevelopment" refers to the development group that make and publish the Bots, "you" refers to the reader, "server owner" refers to the owner of any server the Bots are in, "Bots" refer to any bot made by baileyDevelopment.

Please note that custom commissions are not included within "Bots" or "Bot".

1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree that by adding any Bot to your server, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

At any moment you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, you are expressly prohibited from the use of any baileyDevelopment Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Bots

The Bots may be used in accordance with its intended purpose, which is to provide specific features built to your server. Any misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms will result in the Bot being removed from the server.

3. Ownership

baileyDevelopment has full ownership of all the bots, which is owned by b.ailey. (996798852772405328) and will forever remain under baileyDevelopment Ownership.

4. Removal Right

baileyDevelopment reserves the right to remove any Bot from any server at any time, for any reason. You will not be entitled to any compensation or damges if a Bot is removed from your server

5. Limitation of Liability

baileyDevelopment shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of any Bot, its removal from your server, or any related actions.

6. Changes of Terms

baileyDevelopment holds the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You aare responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to ensure compliance.

7. Termination

These Terms will remain effective until terminated by either party. You many terminate these Terms by removing a Bot from your server. baileyDevelopment may terminate these Terms and remove a Bot from your server without prior notice or liability.
