Commissions Policy

This Commissions Policy is a legally binding agreement made between a client and baileyDevelopment ("baileyDev", "we", "us or "our), concerning your purchasing and usage of any custom product or order made by us for the client. You agree that by ordering, paying for or contacting us about a commission, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the whole of this policy. If you do not agree with all of this document, then you are prohibitted and unable to order, contact or pay for a commission rom us, and you must discontinue actions immediately.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this policy from time to time. You can be informed about any changes by the "Last Updated" date of this Policy. Please ensure that you check this Policy everytime you are contacting us about a commission and you will be subject to, and deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes by your continuation of your custom order.
1. Payment
We currently accept the following forms of payment for an order:
- PayPal
- Robux
You will be required to pay for a commission/custom order. You agree to provide complete and full purchase and account information for all comissions from us. We will bill you via a Robux T-Shirt or Gamepass if you are paying with Robux, else you will be instructed to send money via PayPal. All payments will be in GBP. Payment must be made before the custom order has been started.
2. Cancellations
All purchases and commissions started are non-refundable. You can cancel your commission at any time by contacting us via the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will happen instantly when our team get to the email.

3. Refunds
All sales are final. Zero refunds are given.
4. Returns
Once your commission or custom order has been completed, and all payments are fine, you are not able to return the recieved order, ask for a refund, or cancel your order.
5. Operating Speeds
Our team work at their own pace and take their own time from their day to deliver custom orders to our clients or to you. We will work as fast as we can to ensure that the order is done quickly, however, for larger scale orders, waiting time and completion time will rise. Rushing, pushing, asking to be quicker or anything along the lines of that will not be tolerated.
6. Prohibitted Usage
At any point of requesting a custom order, you must not request something that will violate any Terms of Service for Discord or baileyDev, we will simply let you know we are not able to complete this for you.
7. Right of Refusal
The staff of baileyDev can refuse to do your custom order for you at any moment we deem appropriate. Some valid reasons for cancellation/refusal are the following:
- The user who is ordering has violated any baileyDev policy or ToS
- The user who is ordering has violated any Discord ToS or policy
- The user who is ordering has been excessivly rude to a staff member or another member within the server
- The order contains something that violates any ToS of Discord or baileyDev
- The user who is ordering refuses to pay the requested price
We will always give you a reason for cancellation/refusal to start and depending on the reason of the cancellation, you may get a 50% refund of your purchase, if you have payed with GBP.
8. Contents of the order
If the contents of the order is not Roblox related nor Discord Bot related, we sadly cannot continue with your commission. As of December 2023, we only provide commissions that are Roblox and Discord Bot related. We do not offer commissions which are Buildings, Models or anything else not related to scripting within our working platforms.
9. Hosting
baileyDev does not provide any hosting servers or host any custom bot our self. We will recommend some cheap servers, however, we cannot tell you which one to get, it is at your own discretion to pick the right one.
