BoostSys Privacy Policy

This privacy policy outlines how the BoostSys bot collects, uses, and protects your information when you boost any server with the BoostSys bot. By being a member within any server with the BoostSys bot, and you are boosting said server, you agree to this policy. If you do not, please contact data@baileydev.xyz or open a ticket within the server and reference "DATADATA_224" and request to talk to a developer of the BoostSys bot.
1. Information We Collect
The data we collect is crucial for the BoostSys Bot's functionality, without it the bot wouldn't be functioning. No personal information such as email addresses, passwrods, IP addresses, phone numbers etc is collected via BoostSys.
The only information we collect is as follows:
- Discord ID
- Roblox ID
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the Information we collect to grant perks within the Roblox Game (opens in a new tab). Additionally, we use this Information to:
- Communicate between Roblox and Discord;
- Communicate with you;
- Resolve any techinical issues, your data assists us in diagnosing and resolving these problems;
- Check our boosters for potential risk or issues
Finally, we may also share your Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as responding to lawful requests, search warrants or other lawful requests for information we recieve.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share any data to anyone outside of the BoostSys or baileyDevelopment team. Any external access to the data is an unauthorised connection and is against BoostSys privacy & usage guidelines. All user information is passed and verified over HTTP GET requests, which is a secure and verified domain, and does not include the collection of personal data from BoostSys.
3. Data Storage

4. Data Retention
All users involved within BoostSys are entitled to Data removal at any point in time.
You have the right to request the removal of your data from our database. To initiate this process, please contact us with the contact information found below or open a ticket within the server and reference "DATADATA_224" and request to talk to a developer of the BoostSys bot. We commit to promptly process your request, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
5. Minors
We do not knowingly collect Information from anyone below 13 years of age.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this policy from time to time. You can be informed about any changes by the "Last Updated" date of this Policy.
